My Approach

Complaints

Any complaints should first be discussed with Emma, to see if the complaint is maybe due to a misunderstanding, or a minor matter than can be easily resolved. If this initial discussion does not resolve matters to your satisfaction, the complaint procedures is;

All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within five working days of receipt.

All complaints will be investigated and responded to within twenty one working days of receipt.

If the response is not acceptable, the complainant can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) on certain grounds. Details of the CMC appeal process can be found at https://civilmediation.org/for-the-public/complaints
